| FindMeShelter.com was created to provide an environment that is beneficial to all three major parties in house sales, Real Estate Agents, Property Owners, and Buyers. Other sites seem to cater to one more than another, and some sites even omit some parties. | |

| This Site has been designed such that the setup process is simply done by the user. We feel that by keeping it simple, and cost effective, we can maintain our NO SETUP FEE policy, and encourage more people to try out and use our services. | |

| Text-only house ads use very little site resources, and help provide a diverse list of properties for buyers to look through. So because Text-only House Ads are low cost and benefits the buyers, we decide to allow them to be displayed for FREE. | |

| What is the difference between a Text-Only House Ad and a Photo House Ad? | |
| First is the price, we only charge for the Photo House Ads. Second, effectiveness although Text-Only House Ads can lead to buyer contacts, it does lack the "Love at first sight" attraction. | |
| Ok, I'm interested in just trying out the site, what will it cost me to post House Ads? | |
| If you just want to try out the site, Join as a Owner, or a Real Estate Agent, which ever is correct for you, and create Text-Only House Ads. You can test the site, post free House Ads and the total cost is NOTHING. | |
| I created a Text-Only House Ad, I now want to add photos, how many can I add? | |
| You can add up to 5 photos, per house Ad. | |
| Do I have to delete my Text-Only Ads and create Photo Ads from Scratch? | |
| No, simply upload your Photos, complete the Check Out process, and we will complete the transaction by activating the Photos on your House Ad. | |
| Does simply uploading photo to a House Ad make then displayable as Photo House Ads? | |
| No, you must pay for those photos to be displayed on you House Ads. After they are paid for, we will activate your Photos on your House Ad. | |
| I paid for upgrading my House Ads to include Photos, do I have to wait before publishing my House Ads? | |
| No, you can publish your House Ads at any time, these are referred to as Text-only House Ads. When the Photos are activated for that ad, they will appear when the Ad is normally viewed. So, it's it recommended to that when you are happy with the information you have put in your House Ad, publish it ASAP, and then decide whether or not you would like to include Photos. | |
| What is the time-limit on Text-only House Ads? | |
| At this time we do not have a time limit set, but Text-only house ads, just as any House Ad, can be removed at the discretion of this Site's operators. | |
| I paid for the Photo Upgrade on my House Ad, how long is it good for? | |
| One year. The Ad can display Photos for one year. Then which it becomes Text-only Free House Ad. | |
